I really enjoyed this movie - thought it was wonderful summertime fare. The movie told a story instead of all the typical 'blow them up / car chase' movies that come out this time of year. Thought Renee was great, but Kevin Bacon seriously needs to eat a cheeseburger or put his shirt back on!

enjoyable quality! funny moving winner

I absolutely loved the movie! It was funny but also had a message. I thought it was well written and the main characters were excellent. I think this movie is suitable for adults and children 13 and above. I would go and see it again. I think there should be more movies like this one.

This is definitely a sleeper movie with very little press but definitely worth it. Renee and Logan were excellent, as was Nick Stahl in his limited role. It is an autobiographical story of George Hamilton but you really don't even get that until the film's final scene. The characters are so well developed and it is a film you will experience a variety of emotions from laughter, anger, sadness and ultimately one that is inspirational. I was definitely suspect at first and was not really interested when I saw the trailer thinking it to be just another 50s silly movie but was DEFINITELY glad I went.
